| Sibu is in festival
mood. With painting of tiger and structures resemble tigers depicts the arrival of the
year of Tiger. You can see the lucky colour red and hear the new year greeting songs
everywhere. We are fortunate to celebrate New Year with our Malays brothers and sisters
for the third year. 1998 Chinese New Year falls on 28th January 1998.
